Mend Citroën Berlingo Replace Fan Part Not

How can i remove and replace a Berlingo fan (plastic fan part. Not motor)?

My Berlingo has destroyed the spline(i guess) on both cooling fans. The motors are still running well but the fans won't spin. How do i replace these parts? As i have managed to remove the grill and am able to place a star ratchet into the bolt. The bolt continues to spin freely. ???
