Parkinsoncowan 60 GLXa gas cooker?

when turning on the main oven, the pilot light ignites the gas then cuts out, continually sparks and lights the gas, then cuts out, eventually after about 4/5 minutes the main gas comes onand all is well.
I think its the thermo coupler, but how do i replace it >?

does it mean i replace the oven ?
