Mend Diplomat ADP451 Cooker Oven

manual required?

Manual urgently required for a diplomat double oven, model no. ADP451. The clock has been set on auto and now the fan oven won't work properly! I have been reliably informed this will rectify itself if I can re-set the clock in manual mode but I don't know how.
