Mend Whirlpool 387298 Not Tub Washer

not centered tub on my 387298 whirlpool washer?

I have whirlpool 387298 and the tub doesn't seem centered, it tends to lean forward. I flipped the machine to check for the springs and they are intact. The tub hits the front side of the machine when it's spinning and makes a bagging noise. It also leaks water around the machine after it's cycle. The hoses are all intact.

I have the same issue right now. I discovered that the skinny long spring was not attached. Now I'm looking for where it attaches. Anyone know?

yes all 4 of the springs, 3 short stubby ones and 1 long skinny one.

Hello,

Are you sure that all 4 springs were attached? If you flip the washer over you can dislodge one of the springs.
