how can i solve code 34895 on adt alarm galaxy 16 plus cp171?

adt alarm does not work any more and has come up with code 34895 and to contact adt. can this be solved without adt engineer visit.

I beg to differ. Persistance and half a brain..... problem solved. No £80 call out fee no waiting around for an engineer. Job done.

I have a galaxy 16 plus and know the engineers code (I think) I recently replaced the battery and could do with knowing how to actually do the engineers reset. Anyone feeling helpful?
