Mend Simpson sirocco 550 Scraping Noise Tumble Dryer Drum

scraping noise inside drum of simpson sirocco 550 dryer?

The dryer works but when it tumbles there is a scraping noise coming from the drum. The filters are clean and the vent at the back is clear. We dont know how to get behind/take the spin drum out to check.
