hotpoint washing machine is not draining water out water still in the machi?

it might be that your pump is blocked with forein objects stuck in the pipe and wont come out with the water. its easy to do , just take back off and follow the consenteana pipe to a round casting Water pump. take off the clip with screwdriver and take off pipe ( place bowl or small dish to catch the water that comes out of pipe). undo the screws and take off front. A rubber bladeds with then come out on casting as well as all the rubbish that is blocking up your pipe so the water will now come out. replace all parts afer you have done this. machine should work great now. hope this helps.
