i have a sukida 50cc 4stroke wont start?

so does it turn over with the electric start but not the kickstart lever?if so then the problem is the kickstart mech and not the engine being seized.can you get it to start?how do you know it has compression?

sounds like it. the kick start should push up and down and you should feel a bit of pressure. Take plug out and get someone to listen you should hear piston going up and down. pop a finger over bore hole also and you should feel pressure on finger. have you checked engine oil recently? have a look. Alas these chinese bikes are not terribly reliable...
