Mend Peugeot Speedfighter Starts Fine Lose

Speedfighter losing speed?

My 50cc speedfighter starts fine i rev it up and it gets to about 25mph and then starts to lose its speed, and I can't get any higher unless i stop and start from stand still but again it happens again ...... any IDEAS CHEERS..............
