Mend Heatline C28 Boiler Safety Thermostat

I have a C28 Heatline condensing boiler with the Overheat Safety Thermostat?

I have a C28 Heatline condensing boiler with the Overheat Safety Thermostat light flashing red. It says to check and replace and i have replaced it but still the red light is flashing so no heat or hot water. PLEASE HELP!
