How do you replace the side mirror in a 2005 Ford Focus?

I did this a few months ago, so the memory is hazy. The rubber boot on the inside screws off, then everything pops off pretty easily with a panel tool. Look at the new one and it is pretty easy to figure out. It took me about 15-20 minutes, so not a big project. I ordered my mirror off ebay for about $40, saving about $100 compared to the dealership.
