how can i fix a wing mirror on a ford focus?

The near side wing mirror on my ford focus has smashed and i need to replace the whole unit

Hi Jim, remove the trim by the mirror by pushing down then disconnect the electical wiring undo the bolt and the mirror is off, refitting is the reverse
