Airo Brush on Henry Red has stopped working?

Airo Brush on Henry Red has stopped working - doesnt turn.

Should it have a belt that I have missed falling off?

Any ideas?

I purchased a new airo brush which stopped working after a few minutes. I contacted the company and was advised this was probably due to the belt breaking and I would need a new brush. Obviously it was replaced free of charge but it does seem this is a problem with them and if it is the belt, there does not appear to be any way to repair it.
