Pull it hard. I have just had to find this out. Don't be afraid. Just a good clean yank. Under the seat belt slide adjuster which you have now removed by pulling the plastic cover of the bolt has a small torx head screw remove that and you are done.

cant quite remember think you squeeze and pull? it is part of height adjuster but it all comes to bits.

Thanks for the reply, if I pull the cover it will snap. it appears to be part of the bracket for the height adjustment button.
There is no screw attaching the cover ??

cover pulls off towards you, underneath there is a screw which when removed reveals a bolt.
