Mend Samsung TV Channels

Samsung tv stuck on bbc 2, analogue is fine but dtv is stuck?

My Samsung tv is stuck on bbc 2 mono and will not change channels, the remote appears to be working as it will bring up some menus, a lot are greyed out though, any ideas?
