Mend Samsung WI28W6VN Problem Model Sound

i am having a problem with my samsung tv model wi/28w6vn?

when using my digital box the sound from normal tv channels comes through instead of the digital programme sound ie. itv 3 sound comes through on all channels is there any way i can factory set it again. many thanks , hope you can help, i have lost my original instructions, where can i get instructions from?

try using a different input, or scart lead. that may eliminate the crossstalk. another way if your equipment has them, would be to use the three rca/phono cables isntead of a scart lead - adaptors may be needed
