Mend ASKO 7005 Tumble Dryer No Start Power Light

ASKO 7005 dryer?

The power light is not on and the dryer will not start. It is plugged in, the reset button did not click and get the power back on, circuit breaker if fine, no lint anywhere. Are there fuses in the dryer I can change out? Where? The manual is of no help.
