Mend Hoover u5753-900 Vacuum Suction Filter

Need more suction from my Hoover u5753-900?

we have a hoover u5753-900 where the red light wont go out and we have lost suction, we cleaned everything, hose, inlet, cannister, new filter and it wont go out and we have little suction... now what/ Help? It is almost 1 year old.
