Mend Maytag LDE8424ACE Problem Started Coming

Maytag Model LDE8424ACE tumbler seal problem?

The felt tumbler seal started coming out inside the dryer.
How do I re-install it? It still appears usable.
I don't have the manual and Maytag apparently no longer inventories this model.

I can't even seem to find a way to raise the top or remove the front.
