Shower head leaks water when shower off ?

My Triton Aspirante shower has suddenly started having water pouring out of the shower head even when the shower is turned off

For a more specific answer can you specify what type of Aspirante shower it is as Aspirante is like a 'trim' level like Ford made all their models as a GHIA option. (if you see what i mean!?)
So is it an electric shower or a power shower or a mixer unit etc,

Shower is leting by so need dismentle and repair or replace it would be cheaper on long run
