How do I fix my boiler?

I have a netaheat profile boiler, that the fan is running but I am getting no spark or pilot light.

Hi there Damien, I'm a gas engineer, agree with the previous comments, but would add don't try to fix this boiler yourself. It has a positive pressure case which means that if you dont seal it properly( the seal degrades) it will spill fumes into your property including Carbon Monoxide. I have seen this MANY times on this particular boiler

Could be one of a number of things,
Blocked APS Tube, Faulty APS, Electrode or Lead faulty, Gas Valve not opening, NO GAS (have you a CARD METER, ARE YOU OUT OF CREDIT?) OR pcb
