How could i fix my Bosch washing machine?

Bosch W.Machine will not go into spin cycle... there is only a cotton bathmat in machine(first time of washing it) after a complete cotton fast spin cycle the mat was still soaking wet. Put it on to a spin cycle and drum didnt appear to spin just a 'tumble' action fwd and reverse. Have tried the spin cycle twice more to no avail... any ideas... Thanks
