Mend Adjust Low High

How can I adjust or fix this switch?

Main Kitchen lights are on a touch sensitive dimmer switch that won't stop. It goes from low to high then back again. It used to come on and stay at preferred setting now it won't stop.

Hmmmm - let me think about this for a while.....

Have you considered that the dimmer switch may be defective and need replacing? Just a guess.
