Mend Hotpoint DWF60 Circuit Board

Hotpoint Dishwasher DWF60. Dead?

There has been a burn-up on the main printed circuit board near the power supply. I can't find any shorts so I suspect something else off the board has caused it. I can't find a circuit diagram for this machine on the www, so can any one help me?
