hotpoint fdw20 dishwasher not heating ?

hotpoint aquarius dishwasher goes through wash cycle but water not heating,heater reads 27 ohms,just after cycle starts voltage reading appears at htr terminals momentarily,then disappears,have checked 2 switches also,can service/circuit diagram be obtained anywhere?would make things easier.do suspect program module board.

Tony,at EMW,www.emwelec.co.uk.answed question,repaired defective module at less than half hotpoint price,returned in express time.dishwasher now back to normal. can recommend..
