how do i fix the rexel wire binding machine?

my rexel wire binding machine won't close the coils properly - when trying to close the 8mm ones it clicks and the squeezer won't shut and now on the 14mm coils it does it very unevenly. how do i fix it or do you know any company who can come and service or mend it for me?

We have a Rexel Binder WB656 Flowline Pro that has a broken hole puncher. Rexel have quoted £97 + parts + VAT. Does anyone know of any other companies that could fix them?

Hi, I also have a Rexel WB705E binding machine which i need fixing. I called Rexel on 0845 658 6600 and you can arrange for an engineer to come out but its not cheap. Its £93 + parts + VAT on top. I was wondering whether there was any local company that fixes these machines but no joy!

Hi, same here. We have WB705E and it won't close coils properly.
