While in the midst of a project, there was a bobbin malfunction which caught the material into the machine. In the process of removing the material [cutting threads carefully] both the bobbin and the casing came out of their place. In trying to insert the casing back, whenever it seems 'right' it is too high for the slide to close over the bobbin. Any hints or instructions of how to place the casing properly will be most welcome!
Hello Durga,
Make sure the small metal retaining clip is pushed back, make sure you have the needle at it's highest point, the bobbin case should slot on quite easily.
