Well now two questions.
How fast does it go?
Can you live in it?

Finaly cutting the sarcasm as you're in caravans and motorhomes section and this would be better in the DIY general questions section.
On one I had a look at ready to replace with roll shutter there are two types on with tension spring in metal boxing over the top of the door which should have a tension adjusting hole in the front plate. The other is the side hinge type with load springs on the hinges adjustable. So check which and simply adjust spring tension that's what keeps them up after raising to a certain point the springs kick in and pull the door up. That's how it was described to me. However if none of this is any good switch the question to the above mentioned catagory. Of course the worst senario is the spring/s may have broken in top box ones and haven't a clue where to get replacements.
