Mend Henderson Door Wont Stay

henderson garage door wont stay up?

wire slings on rollers got entangeled when i untangled them,which ment i had to take them off the rollers.when i re-fitted them the garage door lifted and just came straight down,how do i get tension back on to the spring, to enable it to open easy and stay up.which direction to tighten spring and how many turns. Henderson door manual operated.
