Good and responsible alarm engineers will not send out installation manuals.
You could try Gardtec themselves, but I can't promise they'll help you.
The problem is, that the system has been set up and interference by anyone other than a proper alarm engineer can compromise the security settings - and if you screw up the protection it is giving and you end up being burgled...who will you try and blame?

Sorry if this isn't much help, but if you're stuck with the programming, get a professional in.

Oh, and there ain't a "magic code" that turns on and off all alarm systems! lol
