The red ball in my Hoover F5897-900 Steam Vac recovery tank keeps coming up in spite of the fact that the tank is empty. It does not do this when tools are selected -- just when Floor is selected. It seems that when I begin to move it at all (even an inch) it loses suction.
either the circute board is reading faulse info againg wont extract pump probs along with circute board fault could be o-rings,valves or diaghframe on the pump
