.20 error message AEG sensorlogic 60870?

my AEG sensorlogic 60870 shows a flashing dot and a 20 message. Any idea what's wrong and how to solve it?

not draining issue.remove the filter from inside and mop the water out of the sump and see if it is blocked inside with bits.check drain pump impeller rotates freely.make sure darin hose isn't blocked or kinked
