My NECHT Dishwasher WQP12-9310 will not start?

My NECHT WQP12-9310 DISHWASHER got wet, because an external water pipe leaked spraying water over the machine.

The water leak has now been fixed but my Diswasher just shows E4 message on the display and will not allow me to program any functions to get it going. (the handbook doesn't explain error message meamings).

I can't find technical help details eg:Authorised Repairers.
