Mend Protherm 100EC Heating Works Fine

Protherm 100EC - Hot water problem?

Central heating works fine - but no hot water - any ideas. Two plumbers round already who don't know anything about Protherm boilers. Can anyone help - as the next alternative is new boiler and this one is only three years old.

I am told by an engineer this problem is to do with heat exchanger unit and the descaling of should rectify the problem.
