Morphy Richards Jetstream Plus - Steam Generator - 42370?

I have de same problem, no steam, but my Morphy Richards Steam Generator model is 42370? Anyone has an idea how I could fix it?

Thanks, Jacko but I already have the manual. What I really need is a tip because there is no steam and I cannot find the reason why.
