Mend Rover 25 Working Work

Rover 25 blower stopped working in sppeds 1 and 2, and now 3 and 4. Changed?

Rover 25, Blower stopped working in 1 and 2 for a while, now wont work in 3 and 4. Changed resistor now, but still not working. Fuseokay, blower just suddenly works and then stops.?
