Mend 24ci Boiler Temperature Pressure

24ci flows luke warm?

the filler has a pipe connected, this is turned off as it's now filled. have just had a hot shower, first for months. flows hot in the summer and luke warm in the winter, temp is on highest. 2.9bar? cold from the tap, burns intermitent, is something jammed?
