Mend Thermocouple Gas Heating

pilot light going out?

had new thermacouple today but pilot light wont stay lit
- just goes out when tap is turned on gas man says he wasn't sure whatelse it could be. Any ideas?

with pilot lit turn gas valve off so pilot goes out then listen for a click anything less than 10 secs. means the new t/couple is faulty if its ok make sure he has cleaned the pilot light often its this thats the problem not the t/couple
