When do I get My free 19 ins TV Philip ?

I bought a Philip Ambilight T V 42 ins days before Christmas 2009 and in the Promation You are given a TV 19" FREE Its been over a month since then. Not heard any thing from Philips.I have ask the Shop I got it from and they tell me there is a waiting list, How long do I have to wait. Can anybody help ?

Your contract by the way is with the shop who took your money not with the Manufacturer - tell the shop you will accept any make of TV it need not necessarily be a Philips.

You bought on a promise that has not yet been honoured - the contract is not complete - you can ask for your money back.
