air conditioning pump keeps blowing the fuse peugeot 406 97?

ive disconected the air con pump wires but when they are connected it blows the fuse. does any one have any solutions, also when i put the rear window de mister on the rear wiper comes on .its a 1997 2.1td estate executive.finaly the airbag warning light comes on intermittently.grateful for any suggestions
