Mend Brandt Properly Advice Working

Brandt fridge/freezer not freezing properly?

After advice from this site we defrosted the fridge/freezer. It is working now but I would like to know if it will now continue to function or will this fault develop again. I would like to hear about the long term report on this appliance please.
