peugeot partner van ?

my van is a x.reg partner 19.deisel, problem is with the i think the ecu just below the fuse box, it turns over ok and all electrics ie. dash lights and wipers work ok, but won,t start, i,ve tryed varios ecu units in it but same problem... been told there,s an imobiliser on the fuel pump and its not letting fuel up, can i bypass this and is it a big job. or put a feed of my own to pump. any help appreciated
