I think you are not supposed to, In case you damage the thing, or yourself. They have no easy access hatch, but if you are quite handy, try disconnecting from the mains, remove the outer casing, then seach for your bulb, and replace.(Or just manage without the kight, you don't really need one) Hope you can find a replacement bulb too.
