My Bosch Washing Machine seems NOT to load/take in water?

It is bOSCH MAXX Model number WFXl2440 or WFXi2440 and stopped mid-wash when the electricity went off and on several times over a period of 20 minutes today. It stopped taking in water and shows a Fault on the display panel "F12" also what I would describe as a "pipping noise" sounds also when you attempt to use the machine and this F12 figure flashes on/off . I have taken off the filter and cleaned it and the water IS apparently reaching the machine. Can anyone genuinely help please?
