how do i fix my gillera runner 50 cc?

very easy to do ,there is a screw on the bottom of the carb just undo it for 20 seconds or so then do it back up again dont take the screw right out though just 1.5 turns out,have something clean under the bike when you do it like a tray and you will be able to catch the fuel/water and see how much water is in it by looking at it the water will appear to be jelly like in the fuel and will form globules in it.if it keeps getting in there you will have to keep draining it now and again until it stops but find out how it got in there too.
