Mend Alpha Heating CD32C Combi Boiler Central Problem

hot water problem?

i have an alpha cd32c combi boiler(4 years old) and when i turn the hot tap on the hot water flows but then it goes cold then goes back hot again .the central heating is working fine. i have replaced the flow switch and no change is there anything else i can do it has been fine up until now

Andy, We also had this problem with the same boiler. Our plumber also changed a membrane thing that responds to pressure when the hot water system demand is on as well as replacing the flow switch.

The rubber had started to perish - ours is 3.5 years old so you may need the same. This cured the problem for us.

Sorry I'm not technical and can't remember the exact name of the replaced part.
