How do I fill Vaillant heating system with water?

The water pressure is non existent in my Vaillant boiler and the heating won't come on. I read the book and it says that I must fill system with water..at the risk of sounding stupid, how exactly do I do that. I am sick of being referred to section 4.32..low pressure, fill system with water grrrr

2 grey taps connected to a thin pipe underneath the boiler on the right. open the taps to let the water in then close again

not sure what model boiler you have
but there may be a silver flexible pipe under the boiler
with taps on it thats the filling loop
