How can i fix my car door??? please help?

Hi,

I have a ford falcon au lll 2002 and i lock my car but my passenger and rear drivers side door wont lock i can just open it but you can here the lock failng to keep the car locked.

PLEASE HELP AS I HAVE ONE CAR ONLY AND I DONT WANT IT TO GET STOLEN
