Mend Digistat RF1 Thermostat Heating Replacement

Digistat RF1 - discontinued?

My thermostat does not work - new batteries do not make a difference. I see the RF1 model has been discontinued - what can I replace it with and do I have to replace both receiver and thermostat or just thermostat?

i think the new one is called a digistat + rf now, so long as it's the same manufacturer you won't need to replace the reciever. there will be instructions in the box to get the new thermostat to talk to the reciever.
