Mend Ford Mondeo Cold Start

cooling fan?

i have a mondeo 1.8 lx 1995 the cooling fan runs on cold start and stays on even if i disconnect the plug on sensor it still stays on

Ford Vehicles, Cars Mondeo Cold Start

on some cars the switch works the opposite way round, in other words, if you disconnect the switch the fan starts up. pull the plug from the switch & bridge the wires in the plug. if the fan stops, it will be the switch that's faulty.
